Business Analyst

As Business Analyst, you will operate as part of a global team, responsible for managing significant business transformation within Dell Services. In this role, you will learn, develop and apply a broad range of skills, methodologies and tools to support effective analysis and delivery of large scale business change.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that business requirements are fully documented and correctly validated before the solution is developed and implemented.   In this capacity, you will gather requirements from our business partners and relevant subject matter experts as well as analyzing market demands and trends – all set within the broader context of Dell’s global Service’s strategy.  You will evaluate our existing and planned capability to meet these requirements as well as participating in the solution design process.

To join us, you need a Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies or other relevant discipline coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio and Project.  Fluent in English, you are a results-oriented team player with excellent analytical and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the maturity to self-manage. You can handle sensitive information with integrity and work under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining performance standards, working relationships and personal composure.  Importantly, you have a thirst for personal development and a desire to build an exciting career in business transformation.
