
In 1941 Martin Hilti founded the company with five employees in a garage in the principality of Liechtenstein. In the intervening years it has developed into a worldwide corporation present in 120 countries on five continents. Hilti is privately owned by the Martin Hilti Family Trust, which provides independence allowing Hilti to pursue its successful strategy and to offer long-term career opportunities to its team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
To further develop the profitable sales of Hilti products to a defined customer base.
To ensure the appropriate level of coverage is given to both buying and potential customers within the customer platform, in order to develop and sustain profitable sales growth.
To utilise all elements of the Sales Management Process (SMP) to effectively analyse, implement and control the opportunities within territory.
To actively manage and develop the growth of key products and key markets within the sales territory.
To actively and effectively demonstrate, service, train and where appropriate test Hilti products.
Your Profile:
We require an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-reliant personality. Some direct customer sales experience would be an advantage but not an absolute necessity.
A third level education, a technical or engineering field would be an advantage.
Strong PC skills are required.
We would like someone who has the desire to develop and the potential to work internationally, within the wider Hilti Group.
