Our Career Model: A clear way to manage your career

Our career model is a framework and set of tools that gives you a consistent way to manage your career, identify opportunities for progress, and document your results. The model will help you understand how to take control of your career and provide context for the vast resources we offer to help you succeed. As part of your development, you’ll have the option to engage in some 2,000 training programs taught by instructors from leading educational institutions and offered online, virtually, or in classrooms around the globe. Our European Development Centre (EDC) builds solutions for customers around the world, while our international software teams customize Microsoft products for hundreds of geographies and languages. We look to our talented Sales, Marketing and Services (SMSG) teams to offer innovative technology solutions to our customers and partners throughout Ireland. Furthermore, we combine our organizational forces to make a difference through a wide variety of community, charity, and government outreach programs.
